We had an awesome experience at Hooked Island Grill in Fort Myers! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with beachy decor that really gives off that laid-back vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Now onto the food—absolutely delicious. The crab cakes were some of the best I’ve had—packed with flavor, nicely crisped on the outside, and tender on the inside. The all you can eat crab legs were fresh, meaty, and easy to crack, and you could tell they take pride in their seafood. Between the lively atmosphere, top-notch service, and fantastic food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Hooked Island Grill should be on your list!

Clean. Most important. Bartender Katie. Friendly. Helpful with giving menu selections and extremely attentive she refilled my club soda more than I refill my medication prescriptions . I judge seafood restaurants on several factors. Bisque/chowder. Shrimp and grits if they have on menu. And of course. Grouper. It was lunchtime so I ordered a classic grouper sandwich.. It was fresh. The breading had a Distinct characteristic to it. Reminded me of almost a corn meal crust which was delicious. Their take on fries was unique as they were flat and crispy. Excellent lunch meal. Will be back for dinner to enjoy other menu items.

We got the all you can eat crab legs. They were amazing! Our server, Chip, was awesome, and their flat fries were a delicious side to compliment the crab legs. I highly recommend this place!

We came in for a quick bite and left absolutely blown away! I ordered the pineapple bowl with ahi tuna and shrimp, while my date went for the steak with added scallops. For our appetizer, we chose the black-crusted ahi—an incredible start to the meal. The scallops were pure perfection—no gritty, fishy taste, just rich flavor and a perfectly tender texture. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender and seasoned to perfection, and the pineapple bowl was a showstopper both in presentation and taste. Our bartender and server, Nico, was phenomenal. His pours were generous, his timing impeccable, and he made sure we never wanted for a thing. The atmosphere was inviting, the space spotless, and the overall experience unforgettable. I’m already counting the days until I can go back!

We went here for late lunch and discovered the absolute best clam chowder, hands down. More clams than chowder it almost looked like a stew. Avery is a fabulous server and the restaurant is a real gem. Had the oysters for a dollar each, the warm crab legs with melted butter, and the open sushi appetizer. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend loves crab so we stopped in on Sunday for the $50 all you can eat snow crab and she loved it. She also had the fried sushi which was good as well. This is by far the go to place to get crab in the area! I personally am not a fan of seafood so I had the Buffy chicken eggs rolls and the grown ass man's chicken tenders which were delicious. I loved the fries too! The margarita was also very good (fresh juices not some store bought sour mix) Our waitress Katie was great, the service was outstanding and all the food came out hot and delicious.

The service and food are absolutely spot on. The food is so good my wife and I ate here 2 days in a row. Day 1 we had the crab stuffed mushrooms (portion is small 4) and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Wife had grouper sandwich with scallop potatoes. I the Grouben (Ruben with grouper). Everything was amazing. Day 2 wife had the all you can eat crab legs. I had NY strip and lobster tails. ($38) Every thing we ate was exceptional! We will definitely go back again as often as we can. Our niece had the mammoth Bloody Mary.
